It's a NEW Day!

The sun is shining, and I'm turning over a new leaf :)

Today, I will not complain about the amount of work I have to get done.

I will not waste time worrying about what I cannot change.

I will do my job, then come home, and enjoy another day with Matthew, without a baby around to change all that- ha!

If anyone hears me complaining, hold me to this!!!

Did he REALLY say this??

Here's a quote from Obama, concerning the Arizona immigration law...

"We're examining any implications especially for civil rights because in the United States of America, no law abiding person -- be they an American citizen, illegal immigrant, or a visitor or tourist from Mexico -- should ever be subject to suspicion simply because of what they look like."

This doesn't even require any opinion or interpretation of the law whatsoever...aren't "law abiding person" and "illegal immigrant" mutually exclusive? How can one obey laws, yet be in the country illegally? It doesn't make sense.

Of course, I have to add- he clearly hasn't read the law, as one of the most important aspects is that those who are "law abiding" will not be subject to suspicion, as officers will have no reason to have contact with them.
