Anyway, I found out that Julius is hoarding two different things in different places in our house. Can you guess what they are???
1) Behind the toilet in the front bathroom, I found a wrapper from a single roll of TP, that he had pulled out of the trash. He had tucked it away back there, and began making a pile of certain items on top of it. I didn't have the heart to take it away.
2) The other place is crazy...you won't even believe where he's putting stuff. You know the drawer beneath the oven, which, depending on your setup, is either for broiling or for keeping baking sheets and stuff? Not sure how he found this, but Matthew saw that Julius had lined up another collection (of different items) along the handle of this drawer, which is completely hidden from our view. The only way you can find this place is to get down on the kitchen floor, which doesn't happen to often at our place. :) My only thought on this is...how did he even get them up there??? That's the beauty of it being just Matthew and I...we both know I didn't do it and he didn't do it, so that only leaves "the boys."
So- guess! guess! I want to know what you think he's storing up!
PS: If you have to ask how we know this was Julius's doing, and not Sinatra's idea, then you obviously have not met Julius. Part dog, part pig, trapped in the body of a meow.

I'm trying to think what he might be hoarding in his "safe house" & am really coming up empty!
hmmm ... twisty ties? kitty treats? pieces of WHAT?????
I am guessing guitar picks
1) Q-tips. Dirty, used ones, he digs out from the trash.
2) Chex mix. Not kidding. He lined up chex, peanuts, and popcorn on the handle of that drawer.
Matthew thinks that when we leave, he walks around on two legs and bosses Sinatra around :)
